DESCRIPTION:Now in its fifth year\, our Easter celebration in Colne has it all: a traditional egg hunt\, a display of children’s Easter art work in the Library\, a shop window competition\, children’s crafts and face painting in the Market\, Colne’s famous free donkey rides\, traditional acoustic music and dance and children’s rides. Colne’s churches also contribute\, with hymn singing and the Easter story being retold outside The Market. \nOur Easter event is now allied to a Food Festival\, with diverse stalls creating delicious smelling food courts in both Hartley Square and the Parliament Street Car Park (the Outdoor Market Area). \nEaster in Colne is an opportunity to stock up on Easter goodies and sample lots of free entertainment at the same time. \n \n\nLike our work?
