Colne – Where am I?
Of course, we’re at St. John’s Methodist Church on Albert Road. They’re located across the road from Pendle Togs and Open Door.
Community Lunch, Tea & Coffee’s are served on Thursdays (open from 11am, food served at 12.30pm). They’re dog friendly, but must be on a lead.
Late in 2019, they installed wheelchair friendly access for the lower floor … which also is host to a children’s soft play area. The ‘Toddle Into Church’ group runs every Thursday during term-time from 1.30-3.00pm.
They intend to host a ‘Natter Shack‘ group from early Feb 2020. There are many other groups, e.g. Slimming World that meet at the Church.
