Halloween in Colne 2019 -Competition Winners
As usual, the Halloween in Colne 2019 included a number of themed competitions. These included a children’s fancy dress competition, an adult fancy dress competition, a window dressing competition and a children’s pumpkin colouring competition.

All four winners were either traders in the Colne Market, or staff who worked there! Superb effort! In first place, was Maureen Hardacre (aka ‘The Kitchen Witch’ – cafe inside the Colne Market Hall).
