The 10th April 2019 is the 107th anniversary of the Titanic setting sail from Southampton. We all well know that the subsequent events had a significant impact on the area.
Here we see our hardworking ‘Bloomers’ (Colne In Bloom) volunteers loving taking care of the area around the titanic memorial, the Wallace Hartley memorial and the Cenotaph.

The Titanic & Wallace memorials both directly overlook the Colne Cenotaph. The bands still play with Wallace, year on year, on Remembrance Day.
